Shawn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Management from Southwest Missouri State University and was a member of Sigma Chi International fraternity during his four years of college.
After graduating from college in 1996, he started in the logistics and supply chain management industry as a Human Resource Director, Sales Representative, and Account Manager with Adcom Express/Serpo Inc. In December of 1998, he moved to NNR Global Logistics (USA) as a Senior Sales Executive. Five years later, NNR moved Shawn to their Hong Kong office to be their China Global Account Manager. He spent three years in Asia helping many of the world’s largest companies move their freight more cost-effectively around the world, via air and ocean transportation.
Emerson, a Fortune 500 company, was impressed with what he did, hired him and moved him back to St. Louis to be their Intercontinental Air Project Manager, responsible for managing a $200 million global heavy weight air spend. During his two years with Emerson, Shawn also picked up the responsibility of Small Package Project Manager, managing a $100 million global small package spend. Armed with the knowledge he acquired from twelve years in the industry, he decided to pursue his ultimate dream.
In January of 2008, Shawn started Creative Supply Chain Solutions in order to educate his customers on transportation decision making while servicing their supply chain needs.
Terry has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri. Prior to getting his degree, he served two years in the Army as a Medical Corpsman in the mid 1960’s.
Terry spent thirty five years of his career with Emerson, a Fortune 500 company, in the areas of procurement and supply chain management. His areas of responsibility varied from strategic functions at the corporate level to line functions at the divisional level. He devoted a lot of time to finding qualified, global suppliers that could meet the stringent demands of the various entities that comprise Emerson.
Terry retired in February of 2007 in order to spend more time with his wife and take care of all those projects that never seem to get done when you’re working full time. He has agreed to take time out of his week to lend his expertise, which is invaluable in making this company second to none.
Rob received his Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis in Business and Communications from the University of Missouri (St. Louis). For 17 years, Rob has been a proven leader in the field of Hospitality Management. His responsibilities over the years have included purchasing, inventory control, POS development, employee training and retention, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance. His experience in the customer service field has taught him that no matter what industry you’re in, the key to a successful business is focusing on your customers and helping them grow by identifying and fulfilling their wants and needs.
In June of 2014, Rob decided to make a career change and eagerly jumped at the opportunity to broaden his skills, learn a new industry, and help Creative Supply Chain Solutions grow into an even more dynamic and innovative company.
